    Hello, I am trying to remove this design can you please help?

    also what are the optimal dimensions for an image on the slider?

    Hi,

    1. Go to OneBlog -> Blog Settings and turn off "Show shape image above the post title and page description" feature.

    2. If you want your website look like the theme demo I recommend you to use images of 1150 x 550 pixels.
