Mobile menu problem after Layers 1.6.2 Update

    Hi George,

    I hope all is well. I updated to Layers 1.6.2 today and the update broke the mobile hamburger menu on iPhone. The specific problem is that tapping the hamburger menu does nothing -- it is frozen. I tried accessing the site using Safari iOS and Firefox iOS and both browsers exhibited the same problem.

    Please advise on how to correct this issue.

    Thanks for the quick reply George. Please see attached screenshot. The problem is that the hamburger menu is frozen. Tapping it has no effect -- it just sits on the screen like a static image with no interactivity.

    Thoughts?

    Hi,

    Please access an original Layers theme http://sites.layerswp.com/peak/ and see if the issue is still here.

    I tested your website from my iPhone (Safari and Chrome) and the menu it works, also, I tested from an android (Samsung Galaxy S7) phone and it works.

    Hi George, I switched to and activated the base Layers theme. The problem still exists with Safari, Firefox and Chrome on iOS. I don't understand why it would work for you. Two questions:

    1. What version of iOS are you using? I'm using 10.0.2

    2. Did you clear your cache?

    1. Yes, I have the same iOS version, 10.0.2 (iPhone 6).

    2. Yes, I cleared the cache and I tested again, it works. 

    I really don't know why doesn't works for you but the issue is not related to the Flexy theme.
