I was wondering if there is a way for the most recent post to appear on the first page as a full post, but only to a certain point. Right now if you turn the option on for "Show 1st full width post" it shows the entire post, and if it's a long post it makes the page very long. What I'm looking for is the full post with a "continue reading" button so the reader can expand the post or move on to the rest of the posts in the list format. 

Please let me know if this is possible and how I might accomplish this.
