I am having a problem with the menu bar at the top of the page as you scroll down. The menu has contents when you are at the top of the page, but when you scroll down, the contents do not come along. All that is displayed is a small black bar at the top of the page where the menu contents should be. Am I missing a setting or a plug in that is required to have this work?

Your menu is covered by the WP topbar, please logout from WP administration and you will see the menu.
