Hi, 

I bought and activated your Sublime Wordpress theme. I am emailing because the theme cannot seem to display my menu categories. I have a series of categories that were displayed on the homepage of my old free theme and when I activate the Sublime theme the menu categories disappear and the only page available to view on the homepage is the "Contact" page. I have gone through the settings again and again and set my categories menu to "primary navigation." It appears through the settings that my menu should be displaying on the homepage but it simply isn't. I cannot understand why only the contact page is displaying. Please advise on how I can get my menu items to display, because I cannot have a website with no menu. I have had to revert back to a free theme to allow menu items to display but I have reactivated the sublime theme while opening this ticket so that you can see what I mean.
