Thank you for answering all my questions George. 

I am wanting to put an audio file from sound cloud in my sidebar with the Audio Widget.

I followed the directions from here: https://help.soundcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003565128-Embedding-a-track-or-playlist-on-WordPress

I copied the code and inserted it into the "insert from url" on the widget, but it is not showing up on my blog post sidebar. 

Do you know what I am doing wrong?

Never mind, I was able to figure it out using the text widget. :)
