    I'm writing again because I'm not sure if I have something overriding certain settings. I have it set to post my latest post at the front of the page, but it isn't happening. Again, any insight?

    Hi,

    Also, this is a cache issue and is not related to the Rose theme.

    Go to BlueHost -> Performance and disable the two options for cache.
