Hi, I have purchased the theme zenblog, however I am quite new to this sort of thing, and when uploading the new theme, it tells me that the parent theme for zenblog is missing. Do I need to purchase that seperately? am I doing something wrong entirely?
My host is bluehost and I purchased the product through mojo marketplace.
You have to install ZenBlog, the parent theme, not child theme for the ZenBlog.
Please go to www.mojomarketplace.com -> login with your hosting details -> go to My Purchases page (top right). click "Download" button for the theme and select "Product". This is the archive that contain theme files. Please do not unzip the archive, upload it directly to your WordPress.

If the theme doesn't appear on the download page, please contact MOJO team here https://mojosupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and ask them to help you with purchase error.
Also, if you cannot handle to install the theme, please send me your WP login details, website link + the purchase code for the theme and I will install it for you.
